This is the absolute worst car place I have ever been to. They sold us a lemon car, told us that they would fix it and now that it’s in the shop they are not wanting to pay to get it fixed or to pay to get it out of the shop. They sold us the car with every cylinder misfiring. Told us it was Emissions and definitely wasn’t. We have been trying To get them to take care of getting it fixed or let us bring it back since the 2nd day we had it and now it’s been a month and still nothing. The manager, Chris won’t let his employees send us through to him to talk to him. Won’t answer our calls on his cell. Told 2 of his employees that we was getting mad we were blowing his phone up that for them just to deal with us and yet they still won’t tell us anything. They stole my down payment and lied. They said I was approved, and that was a lie. They won’t give me back my down payment. Not to mention they tried to sell me a wrecked vehicle. They forgot the vin number on the bill of sale. The guy name Patrick is the worst person there. I looked at the car one day, they basically grit their teeth in you to not leave. They caused me to lose my job by calling me several times, therefore I had to tell the finance company that I was unable to get the job because the company they work with got me fired. They have their own mechanics that fix on their cars and told me I had to find my own.They helped this shade tree mechanic out by giving him permission to give my Explorer that I got from them to someone else to fix.They messed up on my warranty by giving me the Plus warranty when they supposed to give my the Gold warranty.Now the warranty company want pay their part when Modern said my warranty is paying for it.I paid my 100.00 deductible up front to Mr B*****.Mr.B***** done had my explorer every since September 18th 2021 and I told Modern Automtive (R***** and C****)and they been on his side now Modern been giving me attitude about my payments and I made my payments.Now they saying it's not their problem
