            I called Boiling Springs Dental and explain in detail about my Insurance ****** Went in person on 7/25/2022 Once I explain in great detail about what my insurance will pay and I was on Medicaid and medicare and could not afford to pay any out pocket expense and would be homeless October 31 2022 The girl at the dental office told me I had excellent insurance and they pay everything and my cost be 0 I told her that if I going to be charged anything I want to told upfront first I had x rays , wax try in 3 times because Boiling Springs Dental kept messing up I got 2 bills in the mail for $630.00 My insurance said I did not own it Today October 27 2022 I went in for another try in and teeth was not right yet again Boiling springs dental never ever discussed any out pocket expenses to me They expect to pay $630.00 ? When I be homeless in 2 weeks? And they never discuss anything with me about this This is a scam to get more money $4000 for a cheap basic denture from ****** and 630.00 + from me Also I use a walker and disabled they fail to give me my walker when I left today and I fell. I’m in the office and have to go to ER for my back and knee because Boiling springs Dental fail to give me my walker I want a full refund on my insurance and my account clear for fraud charges

            I had the worst experience here I was already afraid to get my tooth pulled .my first visit the dentist was very rude about my face piercing that I could not take out . I had let the dental assistant know that I feel uncomfortable with her in the system and told me that’s how she is she just straight forward person it’s a difference in straight for in being rude. So the second visit after I did my x-ray in everything on the first visit the dentist attempt to pull my wisdom tooth out. I was sweating, squeezing a stress ball and she still was not able to get it out. She said that there was deep up in the gums which she should have seen that when she done my x-ray.. I was in pain from her, pulling on my teeth and still never got them out. they referred me to an oral surgeon in the process of that the ladies to answer the phone at the front desk . They are very rude and unprofessional did not want to send over my X-rays .when they couldn’t even get the job done . This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life at dental care I would not recommend anyone to go there. A BIG NO STAR they can’t even get the job done. I was going to make them my primary dentist .
