I had the worst experience here I was already afraid to get my tooth pulled .my first visit the dentist was very rude about my face piercing that I could not take out . I had let the dental assistant know that I feel uncomfortable with her in the system and told me that’s how she is she just straight forward person it’s a difference in straight for in being rude. So the second visit after I did my x-ray in everything on the first visit the dentist attempt to pull my wisdom tooth out. I was sweating, squeezing a stress ball and she still was not able to get it out. She said that there was deep up in the gums which she should have seen that when she done my x-ray.. I was in pain from her, pulling on my teeth and still never got them out. they referred me to an oral surgeon in the process of that the ladies to answer the phone at the front desk . They are very rude and unprofessional did not want to send over my X-rays .when they couldn’t even get the job done . This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life at dental care I would not recommend anyone to go there. A BIG NO STAR they can’t even get the job done. I was going to make them my primary dentist .
