We are sorry you accidentally ran a report on an address that you did not attend to.

To help prevent this from occurring, DiedinHouse.com uses Google's Address Verification system.

You did successfully ran a report for the following address and it is available to view in your account: *** ***** **, Clyde, OH 43410.pdf

Basically, when an address is typed into the system it is then sent to Google. Google then verifies and returns an address they believe is accurate. At this point, the customer is given the opportunity to proceed with the address or not.  If they proceed they are taken to through the purchase process. Once the purchase is approved, the customer is given an opportunity to verify the address again before proceeding with running the report by using the displayed address and satellite image.

We charge a fee for the reports we provide, because we accrue a fee each time a report is run. Therefore, we do offer refunds for unused credits, but we do not offer refunds for used credits because the data we pass to our customers cost us. We place the “No Refunds” statement on the screen asking for our customer’s credit card information as well as in the Terms of conditions, “d. Fees, Refunds & Fraud: All fees for products and services from the Company are listed on the Site. Unless otherwise indicated, all charges and fees are final, and we do not offer refunds.”

Please read our FAQ, Disclaimer and Terms pages to learn more about our report.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/24) */ Hi, We can not answer that question, unless the address is provided. They are probably referring to our sitemap page. It is not stating there is a death, fire or meth lab at this address, instead it is simply stating DiedinHouse.com is able to run a report on the address as well as any valid US address. This is a page that displays public information about an address, much like a multitude of other real estate related websites do such as: ******, *******, etc. At the top of the page you are referring to states, "*This page is for awareness purposes only, DiedinHouse.com is not stating or claiming a death has occurred at this address, but that the site is able to generate a report on most valid US addresses." The site was developed to help people who care to know, find out if a death has occurred at an address before they decide to buy or rent. In most states this information is not required to be disclosed to buyers or renters, even where very tragic and violent deaths occurred such as murders and suicides. Please read our FAQ page to learn more about our report: DiedinHouse.com Frequently Asked Questions: http://www.diedinhouse.com/FAQ Sample Reports: http://www.diedinhouse.com/Samples None-the-less, if they would like the sitemap page removed they simple should send a request to ****@diedinhouse.com and provide the address. Respectfully,

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/11/11) */ Hello: We do not have any records of death at this address. You are most likely referring to the sitemap page for this address. The sitemap page you viewed is not stating there is a death, fire or meth lab at this address, instead it is simply stating DiedinHouse.com is able to run a report on the address as well as any other valid US address. Across the top of the page you are referring to it states, "*This page is for awareness purposes only, DiedinHouse.com is not stating or claiming a death has occurred at this address, but that the site is able to generate a report on most valid US addresses." This page displays public information about an address, it is being used much in the same manner as a multitude of other online real estate related websites such as: ******, *******, etc. The site was developed to help people who care to know, find out if a death has occurred at an address before they decide to buy or rent. Please read our FAQ page to learn more about our report: DiedinHouse.com Frequently Asked Questions: http://www.diedinhouse.com/FAQ None-the-less, we have removed the sitemap page you are referring to and submitted a request to Google to remove the page from their index.
