I pay monthly member charges of 12.99 to One Hour Heating and Air! I was given an appointment time of between 3-4 on 2/2/22. I don't usually get off till 5-6, so on this particular day I called out because I didn't want to miss this quarterly maintenance appointment! I sat all day no call, no show! I called the company and they apologized and set an appointment for the next week 2/9/22 at 5pm, the lady stated, he'll start on the outside until you get home, but he'll be there at 5!! No show again, I'm thinking you got to be kidding me, I called the office again and was told the tech got stuck on the job before mine, longer than expected! So Again I'm sitting here waiting for nothing! I called the office again, lady gave me some kind of excuse and we set up another date for today 2/13/22 between 9am and 11am! Guess what happened! No Show again. I texted the company and cancelled the contract and stated I want all my monies back! The only thing they did on time was take my money out of my account. I've been a member for over a year and Never seen anyone from this company except for the initial appointment! I'm out and done!!Business response

We do value our clients time and try our hardest to accommodate all schedule request and to be on time to all appointments. But unfortunately some jobs take longer than others which can push our schedule back. I have apologized for this and made arrangements with ****** to express how important our clients are to us. We will still be serving her HVAC needs for now and hopefully for many years to come. I appreciate her speaking to me and explaining her concerns.
