Last fall BTS was recommended by a local water irrigation supplier. I needed two sprinkler heads relocated in my yard. I was quoted it to be a 2-3 hour job at $90 per hour plus $125 service all. It took the guy more like 6 hours, and of course he charged by the hour. He said he would "do me a favor" and only bill for 5 hours (red flag). After he was finished that same day, we realized one of the pipes was leaking (another red flag), so we had to call him to come back. Fast forward a few months to spring, and we now realize he disconnected the other water heads on the same zone, making them inoperable (red flag no 3). When we called recently to ask them to return because the system hasn't been on over the winter months, nor has anyone else done work on the system, we were yelled at by the female answering the phone, "that isn't possible that we made a mistake". (yep, no 4) Quote from another company to have it corrected is $1500. Save yourself from hiring this company. I don't understand how someone claiming to be in the business for 35 years could make so many mistakes. It doesn't seem like the technician has a basic understanding of how to make proper repairs. (I am forced to leave a rating of at least one star...otherwise would leave zero rating)
