I have a current subscription to their car wash and on aug 7th I went through that car wash where a piece of my molding/trim was ripped off my car. The car itself is brand new with currently 625 miles. They had me fill out an incident report then called me on the 9th claiming it's not their fault because the piece was blown off by their dryers. My car was bought from the dealer and passed all checks from quality control. This is my second time washing my car there and the first time nothing happened. I believe they need to repair my car as it was in good condition showing no defect as it went into the car wash and upon exiting I had a damaged car.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/11) */ We reviewed the video of the car going through our car wash tunnel. The car wash did not malfunction. Our blowers blow air to dry the car off. It looks like air might have gotten underneath the trim due to a loose part on the car or adhesive that has failed. We washed more than 2,800 cars at this location that week and this was the only issue. I understand the blowers is where it came off but I want to see the entire process the car went through. No one wants to take liability on a brand new car.Initial Complaint

Used the time to shine car wash on Savannah Hwy on 4/2/22 at approx 1:15 PM est using a coupon voucher. The car wash malfunctioned running the front bumper of my vehicle into the hitch of the vehicle in front of me in teh car wash causing damage to the front bumper of my vehicle including shearing connections and slightly displacing the passenger side bumper. Incident report was filed but I was not given a copy when I requested it. I was told to obtain two estimates for repair and present them. Estimates were obtained within a week and sent to the manager's email (*******************@gmail.com) at his request. Since that time (approx three weeks), the company/manager has refused to answer multiple correspondences (e-mail and phone with voice messages left). I have tried to also resolve the issue in person but When I have arrived at the location when I was told the manager would be present he was not and no time given of when he would be in. I am requesting compensation for the required repairs to my vehicle damaged by the car wash.Business response
