Unbelievably horrific experience! After patiently waiting and finding my dream dog on this website, I called immediately to figure out how I can claim the puppy and was told I need to pay in full & just like many websites, the list price is not what you pay. There’s hidden fees & travel & insurance & something called a “health guarantee“. Ha! What a joke. I received my puppy and followed all of the required steps. I had him less than eight months when he suddenly became sick and I spent thousands & thousands of dollars I didn’t have to take him to the vet and the emergency hospitals. I say that with an S because plural hospitals to try and find out what was wrong and within seven days he had passed away. Pawrade and their payment company Pet Pay do not guarantee the health of the puppy & when it came to his tragic passing, it was my fault for not getting an autopsy done. So they will not help reimburse the cost of the puppy nor provide me with a new puppy. They also will not flag that breeder or help me get in contact with the litter mates to warn those families. It’s been nothing but an unbelievably expensive heartbreak to work with this company and all the finger-pointing that goes with the charges and the bad news. Do not use this website. Do not give them your payment information and do not get your hopes up.
