      Coatings2go is a epoxy flooring company who guarantees their work for 15 years in both writing and on their website. My floor has started to peel from their work after only 2 years and this work should be fixed. It is a minor repair but could get worse if not taken care of. I have called multiple times and got no answer or call back and sent an email with also no.response. This flooring is not cheap and they guaranteed the work and I only ask that they keep to their word and repair the floor.

      I had work done at my residence to coat my driveway and front walk. This was performed in august of 2022. After approximately 5 months the driveway showed signs of wear and delamination of the coating. After contacting Coatings2 go. They sent someone to review my concern. He admitted that the job wasn’t performed correctly and would schedule a repair. That was in April of 2023. After repeated calls to the company as to when the repair would be performed; the sent workers in Oct. of 2023. They apparently resurfaced the driveway. However, 2 months later the problem reappeared, but worse. I contacted one of the Principals named Greg. He told me he would review the problem when he had the time. After many attempts to contact him and get the problem resolved, I kept getting “lip” service. To date he has failed to return my calls and my problem has not been addressed or resolved. When I intimated that I may have to resort to legal measures he said don’t threaten me. I still haven’t had any contact from him since then. And my driveway. Looks like Swiss cheese. I even took and sent him pictures of my driveway but still no response.

      The warranty for this work is for 15 years.

      I hired Coatings2Go July 2022 to coat a newly poured patio. Within 6 months the coating was lifting in multiple places. They came out, ground off the coating, "sealed it", applied a new coating. Within 3 months I now have gashes and holes on over half of the patio. Greg Champion (one of the owners) said he would ask Terrance (the installer) why it would do this & get back to me. I have called and texted both owners and the installer, emailed the company, called them & the company number and gone to their physical location. No response in over a month. They were reading my messages on Messenger but now they have blocked me. Why not just do the right thing and fix the problem? They advertise "Lifetime Warranty" but will not even respond, so maybe they can give me a refund so I can pay someone else to fix their mess

      5/1/23 Install of coating on driveway, walkway and back patio 9/2/23 Requested an inspection (via text message) by Coatings2Go to inspect problems I am seeing with the coating fading and staining 9/8/23 Requested an update. Owner said he would send Howard out to look at it next week. 9/12/23 Requested an update. No response 9/15/23 Requested an update. They sent Howard out that day to inspect. 9/29/23 Requested an update. He said he’d talk to Howard about a service date. 10/10/23 Sent an update about my concerns in how slow this is going 10/10/23 Owner said he sent photos to PennTek and he’d put me on the sched. for next week. 11/3/23 Requested an update. No response 11/7/23 Requested an update. No response 11/14/23 Requested an update. No response 12/5/23 Requested an update. 12/6/23 Requested an update. He said he is still waiting for PennTek to approve. I said, thank you. 1/5/24 Requested an update 1/8 Requested an update. He said he had not heard back from PennTek and hoped to hear by the end of the week. 2/5/24 Requested an update 2/6/24 Requested an update 2/6/24 Sent email to Coatings2Go I would be going to the BBB.

      Driveway epoxy coating is flaking off leaving many bare spots and discoloration. I have contacted business and was told it would honor Lifetime warranty, but never showed up to repair.

      I am rejecting this response because: I filed a complaint with you against Coatings2Go and I still haven't heard from them. They haven't answered emails. I was away and didn't realize there was a time limit to keep case open but do not want this case closed until they resolve my problem with their service.

      Warranty claims take time to process when it is product failure. The manufacturer will send product for the service. I actually reached out this morning to you via email with a service date.

      The date of the start of work was around June 2022. I paid the company over $11,000 to complete concrete seal on my driveway, garage floor, sidewalk, front porch, and rear porch. The work hasn’t been fully completed. I’ve emailed called and all I get is that I’m on the schedule for next week. Problem is next week never arrives. The business committed that they would come back out and fix what wasn’t done when I paid my money. I have all emails and texts describing what they need to get done. I also have video recording when he came out and said they would come back and repair it. My driveway wasn’t sealed properly and the stamp also wasn’t done correctly. The company stated it would last years but it’s not last months. The company hasn’t tried to resolve this issue at all. All I’m getting is ran through hoops. I have all payment receipts as well.

      We hired Coatings2Go last May 2022. In September of 2022 we started to notice issues with our concrete. The owner came out in October and looked at our concerns. He promised to repair our issues. Greg, the owner called in November to schedule the work. I returned his call a few days later. No response. I have left other voice messages and have not received any response.

      I signed a contract on 03/03/21 with COATINGS2GO TO COAT my pool deck. I paid a total of $7500.00. I have a warranty if the coating wears off the deck. I called the company and after 2 times calls Greg called back. During our conversation I was told that someone would be out to our home to review the deck. After somewhere close to 2 weeks I called back and Greg stated he thought Donald had already been out but he would have Donald call me to set up an appointment. I received the call and the individual came out and my wife showed him the deck. He indicated that the deck needed to be redone and he had to get back with his boss. I have not heard from anyone and have called 4 or 5 with no answer and leaving a message each time.

      Coatings To Go completed an outdoor epoxy job a year and a half ago, which cost $6,000.00 . The job is in need of repair as it was not done correctly. The repairs still have not been done. The company has been unresponsive.

      Do not under any circumstances use these guys for a pool deck. They talked me out of a rubber coating deck because their product was slip resistant and installation was going to be quicker. Both were an absolute lie. I spent 13k on a deck that is slicker than eel sh*t with the slightest bit of water. Took them almost 5 months to complete a job that is still ****. The deck also does not clean with just pressure washing like they said. Spent hours with a floor pressure washer and it still looks dirty.

After being informed via the BBB we contacted the customer and are fixing any and all issues the customer may have. We want to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Consumer Response /* (3000, 13, 2022/06/14) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) We did inform the company of the issues with the deck. They started the deck in September. The company came out multiple times over the next several months to "fix". The final time they came was in December and told it was the best they could do and demanded the balance. They did come out last week and agreed the deck was not to their standards, that there was an employee deliberately messing up jobs and said they would fix but didn't tell us what they were going to do or when. It has been a week since they came. Until the deck is completely redone or we are refunded, this complaint needs to remain open. Business Response /* (4000, 21, 2022/09/16) */ We have reviewed the condition of the coating applied with our product provider and determined that the rain during initial installation was the cause of the issues with said coating. We are set to remove this coating completely, apply a layer of moisture barrier and then a new coating. This process is set for September 29-30 and it will resolve the issue. We have been in contact with Mrs ************ for these arrangements.
