Holy city is great for serviceing your hvac system, Marc our service tech tonight was very polite, courteous and fixed our problem promptly. Can’t say enough about this service……holy city heating and air are GREAT. They came out when they were closing and they were very friendly. Holy City HVAC has been my go to company since I moved to Charleston four years ago. This week they replaced my very old, antiquated, and noisy HVAC system with a new Daikin unit and I couldn’t be happier. At first I thought it wasn’t working because I couldn’t hear it! I noted in another review that Ikeim and the ‘dream team’ did a similar installation for her. I was equally lucky….everyone was professional, thoughtful and respectful. Tom and Jennifer Snyder Harvey are amazing and have built a first class company.

I am so glad I found Holy City Heating and Air! I called today to have them look at my HVAC and they had a technician at my door later the same day! We were in the middle of a tropical depression and he came anyway. The technician was outstanding! He explained to me everything he did and was so knowledgeable and professional! It means so much to find a company that is trustworthy, fair and professional! I will definitely use this company for all my service needs. I feel so blessed to have found them!Review from Bonita F

Holy City Heating and Air sent the "Dream Team" to put in our new Daikin system. Ikeim and his team worked continuously for 11 hours. Even through the sporadic pouring rain, they made sure the equipment was protected and continued to work to ensure it would be a job well done! At the end of the installation, Alec showed us how to set the thermostats on our phones and connected us with the Daikin cloud. We greatly appreciate having a reliable and trustworthy HVAC and plumbing company that we can count on! Thank you guys- and keep it up!Holy City Heating & Air, LLC Response

I’m very impressed with the Holy City Heating and Air crew. They recently flushed the water heater tanks in my community. They were organized, communicative (important!), on time, and did their work as expected. The tech was friendly and professional, as was the office representative. Holy City is an amazing company. Tom grew up in the area and he and his wife are committed to the community as well as their business. They truly give it their all and foster an atmosphere where employees do the same. The most responsive dedicated team I’ve ever met. They always do their best to work you in. I highly recommend Holy City Heating & Air! They are very responsive, excellent customer service and had a technician out the very next day to fix our A/C. Outstanding business that I will recommend to all of my friends and family.
