I called to make reservations for a hotel and Tallahassee Florida on May 6th 2022. It was around maybe 3:00 a.m. in the morning and I needed a room immediately. I was told by the representative that I could go to the hotel at that time. The hotel was Days inn and suites by Wyndham Tallahassee conference center I-10 2900 North Monroe Street Tallahassee Florida 32303 I asked to representative for the phone number so I could contact the hotel while we were speaking she told me she didn't know the phone number but I could go directly to the hotel and check in. I googled hotels phone number and call and I was told by front desk I did not have a reservation they spelled my name ******* *****. I immediately called military hotels.us and told them to cancel the reservation because the hotel says I do not have a reservation with them and I asked for my money back. I later read about to cancellation information that said if you do not go the same day as your reservation that you will forfeit that days room price. A colleague of the representative check the recording and he did hear her say I could go to the hotel at that time and she did not go into the rules about the cancellation.He call the reservate the hotel 2 hours after I have made the reservation and at that time they had received the information but it was too late and the front desk person hung up on him. They put me down as a no-show but I asked just minutes after I made the reservation with military hotel us for cancellation and refund. The second person I spoke l to put in a request to cancel the reservation and give me a refund. Military hotels. Us and the hotel refuse to return the $82 to me.Business response
