            I ordered a wheel, tire and brake rotors from Wanaryd. Upon receiving and installing them I started getting a brake pulsing in the front end of the motorcycle. I reached out to get help but when sending the info requested, they kept asking for more and deflecting responsibility to me and the MFG. After replacing the brake rotors with aftermarket rotors I am still having the same issue. I now found out the wheel is out of round and possibly causing the pulsing. I also found the tire was nearly 3 year old stock inventory (Supposed to be new). The tire is cracking and coming apart after less than 1000 miles and less than 3 months. At this point they will not respond to my emails, and every call I make goes to voice mail, I believe they are screening my calls. I'd like to return the whole setup for a replacement or refund. Preferably a refund.

            Husband purchased a motorcycle rim on 1 Apr 2024. Received on Jul 11 2024. The hub was not correctly drilled. Screw ended up stuck and broke off. The wholes drilled were not long enough. Had to return the whole rim and hub. After another long wait, we received new rim and hub. Minus the screw that had broken off. This company is a joke and their customer service is the worst. This was a Father's day gift. They should have offered 20% off or something. Don't buy from them. Buy the rim from the California where they actually make it. Save yourself the headache.

            Customer had an issue with a bolt not drilled all the way on a hub. We covered 100% of the cost to fix this, fixed it for them, replaced a broken bolt and shipped everything back and forth on our dime. We also offered the customer a 1 time offer of selling him anything he wants off our site the next time at our COST. Im not sure how much more we can help this customer. Yesterday we spoke to the husband and he seemed super happy. Seems like we can't make Julie happy. How do we make you happy Julie? We need to make Julie happy! ... We fixed everything for you and lost money on this for you guys to get all fixed up. What would make you happy?
