      Date of transaction: 10/14/2021 & 10/15/2021 The amount ifs $150 They write out the unclear return policy. However, they did not do as supposed to. I did shop in their website many times with regular refund. Unfortunaley recently, I tried to do return for 6 items, and they sent me the rejection of refund. They blamed on me for a lot of reasons for damaging items, but they cant give any proof or evident of the damage. They treat customer very mean, and just want to put all the rights on their side and end up the resolutions on their favors. So be AWARE with this business, they treat the customer very bad and rational their option and blame to the customer. I am seeking the refund and apologies for the rude ways to treat customers. Thanks

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/26) */ We received the return on 10/26 that went against our Return Policy and refused to accept it. Our Policy states that items must be returned in their original packaging - no exceptions. We offered to have the items sent back upon receiving a prepaid label. There were numerous reasons that this return could not be accepted - the pictures below will show why. All items were not in their original packaging and stuffed into a very small box that was not fully closed. Trash was also found in the bottom of the box, and it was a recycled food box. This is not only a sanitary concern, but health concern for other customers who may purchase these items returned. The box had an allergy concern on it because the items were produced in a facility with milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and wheat. If a customer who purchased these items had any of these allergies, or had any children or family members with these allergies, we would be held liable and it could cause serious harm or even death. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/10/26) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I totally did not agree with the response of the company. There are my defensive points: 1. I did NOT put trash or anything related to trash to the box. The company put the trash into it and blame back to the customer. It against the sanitary concern. 2. The box is the clean box. According to the topic about the allergy, I am honestly is the Doctor of Pharmacy. I am happy at response any not true allergy. What is the true allergy and what is an assumption about the allergy? What ingredient might get the allergy and what symptoms of allergy. Please read U.S Food and Drug Administration. If the company are lack of information about, please do not make any assumptions. Please also review the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act to knowledge yourself about allergy and the accurate information of allergy. 3. The website to state the return policy did NOT mention any type of box that the customer can use and not use. The company did NOT provide additional information to customer about concern about sanitary. All of points about, I believe that the company tried to reject the return for random reason, so : 1. Company LIE to the BBB and the board about the sanitary concern. The company put the trash inside the box. 2. The company did not provide any clinical information about the food, drug, act. The company is lack of knowledge about allergy and food allergy and health condition. The company cant prove the customer violate the allergy until the company can give a Professional evaluation clinical support about the food allergy concern. You need to estimate the contact between the box and the dress and how many percent that dress can be get allergy germ 3. The most importain point is the company is lack of provide accurate and detail information about the sanity and allergy topic on the return policy. If it not provide at the moment the customer buys the good, them it cant give as the point to argue about I want the company need to be more responsible on the problem and not give excuse or non-professional arguments about the health condition go not give the refund. I DOUBT on the truth about the pictures and the blaming on trash inside the box. The company make up the whole story. Request if the company want to DEFEND me back, please read the U.S law and acts before you can want to make any defensive points. I NEED the company give me a detail about the ingredients of product inside the box or what chapter of U.S Food and Drug Administration. If you have your arguments on retail field, and you cant give any clinical evident about the health condition and/or U.S law, SC law and TX law about the food and health care field, then you PLEASE return my money.
