Caroline H*****, cancelled my termite bond prematurely and cancelled my renewal for an unjust reason. Simply because she cannot handle customer service properly and is on a power trip. This will cost me over $1200 to get a new one with a new company. You complain one time, she gives you an attitude and makes excuses like it was your fault, and that your lucky they will reschedule an appointment that they no showed and no called for. Oh and they also charged me for the appointment, when I was sitting and waiting for hours for them to come. I finally call, and the lady tells me I scheduled the wrong day and it couldn't possibly be her error. She refused to admit, even tho the system charged me for the appointment that never showed up. No apology, but instead she threatened to cancel me as a customer! She tells me I am a problem customer because 10 years ago one of their techs threatened to fight me in my own yard because I insisted that he do the outside first. Later that day the Lady called telling me that everyone loves Tony the tech, I am the problem, and threatened to cancel me. I just apologized as the bigger person and moved on because it wasn't worth paying for a new termite bond. Years go by, and every other tech is great. They all remember me and love talking with me. They tell me that nobody likes Tony the tech and everyone has problems with him. The Caroline H***** the office lady was lying. A few weeks ago I got several texts from several different numbers telling me to confirm my appointment. I confirmed through the automated one, but the office lady kept texting me to confirm. I asked her if they would still come if I didn't confirm. Well, she can't handle any form of kick back. She is on a power trip and can't talk nice to customers if they don't kiss her butt. She cancelled me, my termite bond was cancelled. I now have to pay for a new one, but she actually did me a favor. Based on all the reviews online, they don't honor termite bonds when termites and damage are found.

      Mr. ****,
With all due respect, you have not been a "low maintenance customer" recently. Simply scheduling appointments by text, cleaning up your yard, and paying your bills on time does not classify one into the low-maintenance customer profile you're claiming. Paying on time for services rendered is expected by all service businesses when there is a charge due. We have screen shots of many text conversations between you and Caroline, our office manager, and not only do you harass and bully her, you make false claims and accusations. The customer is not always right. We have only had to "fire" a few customers since 1975 when this business began. And we haven't been in business since 1975 by treating our customers poorly, fighting with customers, and being on "power trips". If our reputation was "false", as you stated above, there is no way we would still be going strong as a family business in this day and age, when there are literally hundreds of pest control companies to choose from.

In this review you've left here and on other outlets, you have really only shown everyone reading it a little bit about yourself. Typically when one is dissatisfied with a service business, one will simply choose not to do business with that company and to call one of their competitors instead. You, on the other hand, have spent a considerable amount of time writing negative reviews full of slander, defamation, and false accusations on several sites. In your case, we have been patient with you for many years, but when you start ma**** false accusations about technicians (Tony, who is one of our most requested and longest-employed techs and is actually retiring at the end of this year, would NEVER try to fight you or anyone else, as you claimed above), threatening and harassing our office manager via text, phone, on ******, ****, etc., you have crossed a line, and we will no longer service any homes for you as such.

Also, we cannot transfer your termite contract to another company. You cannot transfer termite contracts from one company to another. But, we did you a favor (as you stated above) by canceling the one you had with us, so you can have a different company treat your home for a new contract. And we actually do honor termite warranties that we have. We aren't sure where you're hearing that we don't honor termite warranties when damages are found. Unless damages are found in wet/rotten wood or they are the result of an aerial infestation (all part of the contract each customer is issued), the contract does cover damages and retreatment.

We didn't return your calls, because we will not subject ourselves to anymore of your harassment and bullying. You are due no apology, as Caroline, Tony, et.al. have done nothing wrong. Caroline was nothing but professional with you, as our screen shots of your text exchanges would show if we could post them here. Since you're no longer a customer, there is nothing to discuss further at this time. We hope you find a company with which you may get along better to service your home for pest control and for a termite warranty. Thank you for your past business, and we hope you have a great week!
