    I have using Pink Plumbing through **** ******* (now ***** for several years without a problem or complaint about the fees, service,
    I needed a plumber to install a sink and fix a severe leak under the kitchen sink. The two individuals that showed up removed the caulking, the sink, removed drains and connections. Then declared the cost would be $2500.00. twenty minutes later these two complained that I would have to buy a whole counter top before they could repair the problem. The Two claimed they would leave me with a functioning kitchen sink (it was a week before Thanksgiving). They disconnected one drain and did not seal or caulk the remaining drain so water flowed from the sink drain and caused further damage to the under sink cabinet. The leader of this 2 man disaster team then declared they saved me money so the charge would be $1000.00 plus. The usual sink repair visit is between $300.00 and $400.00. 24 hours later the water was gushing from under the sink an I called inform Pink of the problem. I was met with a unresponsive customer service tech that further complicated the issue by asking what $1000.00 plus dollars are you talking about. I had to call another plumbing when I could afford to repair the damage caused by Pink Plumbing and fix the leak that was originally causing the problem.
    I would like full refund.

    I believe this customer has used multiple companies and has Pink Plumbing confused with another plumber. First, we came to Ms. ******* home on December 11, 2021 (nothing was done before Thanksgiving, as stated). Ms. **** called in on December 6 and was scheduled for the same day. Our tech was unable to reach the customer before going (as is our practice - to give the customer a "heads up" call or text. In this case, especially, as the home has a gated entrance.) Consequently, the service was rescheduled by Ms. **** to December 8, December 9 and December 11, a Saturday, when we finally made contact and found someone home. During this visit, our technician turned off water to the house, removed the existing sink and discovered the countertop underneath was rotten and needed replaced - there were numerous holes in the countertop and it absolutely could not be used. The tech immediately stopped what he was doing and advised Ms. **** of his finding. As discussed with Ms. ***** our tech re-set the kitchen sink TEMPORARILY, and tied the drain and faucet into ONE side only so the she would have a functioning sink, for the time being. All of this was explained in detail to Ms. ***** with emphasis that she could only use one side of the sink. Price was discussed and approved. Ms. **** advised our tech that she was calling other companies to obtain further quotes. Our tech encouraged this, as he was confident with his diagnosis, temporary solution and future plan. Pink Plumbing received no calls regarding any problems after the fact. The reason Ms. **** was met with a confused, unresponsive customer service person was probably because she was calling the wrong company. Had we answered her call, we would've immediately scheduled a return trip and honored our warranty. Pink Plumbing went out of its way to accommodate Ms. **** numerous times. Both in August, 2021 and December 2021, Ms. Pope called to schedule a visit then would not answer the phone or return messages. Pink Plumbing arrived at least two times for a SCHEDUELD visit only to be turned away when the gate was locked and no one would answer the phone. Last, I find it odd that this review has been offered 4 months from the date of service, but buyer's remorse has no expiration date.
