Last year I filed a lengthy complaint against ****** Home Warranty and included their subcontractor Liberty Plumbing & HVAC. Although I found out that *** had a bad rating I found no rating for Liberty. I sent BBB pictures of the terrible installation my A/C stopped working. The problem was the coil, for which I paid was installed incorrectly crooked. I have new pictures of the coil which caused the liquid to clog and now it will cost me so far $500.00. As retired Army, my pension doesn’t allow paying for incompetent contractors. When during the original complaint *** said that I would have to work with this contractor and I told him, BBB and my attorney that I would not want him back for a few reasons. I’ll paraphrase *** take it or leave it. I will have my professional HVAC contractor verify my complaint with pictures. Please also review my previous complaint. Thank you, *** *****Business response

We have no idea of his complaint, we have not received a call or communication of any kind. If there was an issue we would have responded immediately. We will gladly work with him in every way all he needs to do is contact us somehow. He has been over reactive in the past.Initial Complaint

Libert was sent out on Jun 10th 2022 by my home warranty company to evaluate a plumbing claim. I paid $65 for the evaluation. The Home warranty covered most of the claim, so I set a time with Liberty for them to come out and do the work. They did not show up for that appointment or the rescheduled appointment. They finally came out and began work. They were unable to complete the work and left it undone and said to call them to come back out and finish. I called 1-2x a week for about 4 weeks and received to contact from them. I finally had my home warranty contact them, Liberty lied about the issues not resolved. Liberty was told to contact me and they never did. A new plumbing company was assigned to the case and said Liberty used incorrect and cheap materials, did not do any repairs correctly or completely, and should not have done what they did. Liberty employees do not do quality work and refused to contact me even though I was polite at every interaction.
