Unless you are literally choosing between this and homelessness do not live here. We had mold for 3 weeks and were repeatedly told by Anne Marie that people were coming and "you can probably just take some bleach to it". When someone finally came it was so bad they cut out 6 different spots in my wall and did not patch these spots up for another 3 weeks. I had to come up to the office because they ignore phone calls and emails and threaten to not pay rent unless it was fixed. Magically, someone came in two days.
We had a leak from upstairs that was going directly down into an electrical socket and when I called Anne Marie again said "just keep an eye on it". When I went over her head called emergency maintenance and told them the issue, she called back in under 10 minutes, and said she "just decided to call someone to take a look" trying to completely cover her ***.
You can't even move out successfully. She handled our lease and supposedly handled taking one roommate off and replacing her with another. When we went to move out, we were told this never actually happened and she never took her off the lease or added our current roommate. She also informed the roommate who wasn't on the lease that she had never been added and helped her get a difference lease here, completely skipping out on us and her bills.
