Purchased a gift card for Christmas. Gift card was never delivered and order is still in pending status. Was repeatedly told someone was investigating the issue when I contacted them via email, phone, and social media. However no resolution has been provided, and I have received no recent correspondence from the restaurant regarding this issue.Initial Complaint

I purchased a $100 gift card online as a thank you gift for a colleague at work. The order was placed and charged to my credit card on Oct 11, 2022. After several weeks she had still not received it so I emailed the email addresses listed on the website ****@vintagechs.com to inquire as to if it's been sent and when she can expect it. After I did not hear back, I reached out again, twice more by email and twice by phone, for a total of 5 times total of reaching out. I have never received a response to any of the emails. Both times I called I was told I would have to speak to the general manager who was not in, but the staff I spoke to was apologetic and took my email and phone number for the GM to call me back on the next day when they were in and I never got a call or email from them. See below for dates of contact: Oct 24 - Email Oct 31 - Phone Call Nov 4 - Email Nov 9- Phone Call Nov 12 - Email I want to get a refund back on my credit card for the $100 charged to me.
