I paid for two jet skis for a tour on 19 AUG at 230pm. Austin was our assigned guide. After a mediocre tour, Austin very much pressured myself and sister-in-law (two women with two teen girls) to buy the photo package. We did not want to but he said he would follow us to our car if we didn't which was parked about a quarter of a mile away in a desolate area, so we were very nervous about this. So we both paid him on Venmo on the spot ($30 each) to stop his high pressure (and scary) tactics, with the understanding that he would send us the photos digitally. While we both received an email from him, neither of us could open the attachments due to some sort of password he put on the photos. He refuses to respond and I have tried to contact the company many different ways, with no response.Business response

He made sure she received her pictures and gave her money back. She has not received the pictures free of charge. Please let me know if there are any other actions required.
