I have been a customer of ****************** in *******, *******, for only five months. Regrettably, I am already considering seeking an alternative internet service provider. Initially, my experience with TruVista was satisfactory until a single issue emerged. Despite the absence of inclement weather, such as storms or strong winds, the internet connection faltered on a day when the Southern heat peaked at 97 degrees Fahrenheit.The problem manifested gradually, with a noticeable decline in internet speeds far below the 250 Mbps I subscribed to, reaching a mere 25 Mbps. Initially attributing this to temporary technical difficulties, I hoped the issue would resolve itself. However, a week later, the internet service abruptly ceased for several hours. Having previously utilized Xfinity in an urban setting, I thought the issue was an outage that would soon be handled. Boy, was I wrong... I found myself without that alternative luxury in my current location. Subsequently, the situation worsened.Contacting their technical support yielded scripted instructions concerning modem diagnostics, coaxial cable checks, and troubleshooting protocols. Despite engaging with nine technical support agents, three customer service representatives, and four technicians across nine phone calls, the issue persisted.Upon eventually conversing with a service technician, the problem was identified as originating from the mainline box outside my residence. Although a resolution was attempted, the internet service continued to malfunction, recurring soon after the technician would leave. Subsequent calls to customer support only resulted in the promise of daily service credits while the problem persisted, inconveniencing those reliant on a stable connection for remote work..In light of this experience, I recommend exploring alternatives to TruVista before committing to their service to avoid encountering similar challenges.Review from Ben M

Horrible customer service!!! Been out of internet off and on for at least 2 months. My wife works from home, and they make multiple promises to get things fixed and never do (same problem keeps coming back over and over again.) On top of that they always promise to call balk and they dont ever call back. Im not one to leave reviews that are negative but this has been going on for a while and nothing is done. All I ask is professionalism and transparency which neither we get. Avoid using them for internet if you can, spend your money somewhere else with more reliable internet services.TruVista Response

After a full review of the account, a technician visited the customer's location and was able to resolve issues with the service and confirmed that service is back up and working. A representative has tried to contact the customer to confirm that services are still working as they should but has been unsuccessful in reaching the customer. She has left voice mail messages for a call back. We will continue to try to contact the customer to assure that all is working as it should.Review from Damareo M

I have had the worst experience with truvista I have had consistent drops in internet service since November 2023. I have had numerous techs to come out and evaluate but it works for a week or less before the same issue arises again. I work from home and this is really damaging my income at this point idk what to do because what good is an Remote IT employee without RELIABLE internetTruVista Response

They are horrible. They expect you to pay full price for services that only work half the time. I have contacted them on several occasions about there product not working and they refuse to come help until it 100% stops working. I still have to pay full price in the meanwhile. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced let alone heard of. Who can let a customer suffer like this and truly not care. Tru crooks more like it.TruVista Response

Horrible company not worth 20 cents the customer service by the mangers are horrible I've not had working wifi ever sense I got truvista I can't get anyone else they want to say sense it doesn't turn off for days at a time it's not a problem if your speed is only 50mps and you pay for **** then it turns off at least 7 times a day I've been begging them to fix it and they say there isn't a problem this hole company is a joke please do not waste your money on this joke of a companyReview from debra g

So far doing ok. Our whole neighborhood just came up on Truvista. Ive only had it a few days. The speed is great, it went out for a few minutes to a couple of hours for the first few days. No issue since.I made a customer service call unrelated to downtime and got good results once the technician showed up. I will reserve 5 stars until I have more time with it. I have not disconnected my old service just in case.Review from Bobby M

I live in *******, *******. Truvista is the only internet service available to me that offers enough speed for streaming tv. Therefore, they basically have a monopoly on the internet streaming market where I live. The only means of watching tv that I have is via internet. I have lost internet service 4 times within about a month. I am presently without home internet which has been down for about 19 hours this time. I have filed a formal complaint with the headquarters office. They asked what I expected from them in the future. I said that I would like to have uninterrupted service. I have had internet service with them for many years, and during this span I have had multiple outages. My son - in- law is a manager for an internet provider and he said they dont have anywhere near the outages that I have. I use the internet for most of my finances and losing service so often has caused me a lot of headaches. The only reason I can think of as to why I have my internet disrupted so much would be that it must not be maintained well enough.Review from Mark F

And after being overcharged for two years and unable to change services every time your service goes out, they tell you that they dont even know if you have service after calling 8 to 12 times every tech-support person tells you something different until you sit around the whole weekend waiting and then they tell you no one even works on the weekends its Sunday night Its the most ridiculous company Ive ever seen in my life how they are even here I have no clueReview from Marjorie E

I am so tired of the costumer service I have been receiving since day one. I never know what my bill is going to be. Today 12/12/22 I went in the main branch in Chester to find out what is going on with my bill, the other sales person was talking to a black couple about their bill because they were not satisfied she made a remark to the one that was waiting on me and said Dont tell me that is another one so the one waiting on me had her head down but was shaking it no so the other one could be quiet while I was in there. I feel like its black people that they are targeting and I did not appreciate the comment. They have had my bill over a $1,000 which several times they have added stuff to my bill and discontinued my service because of there mistakes. You supposed to understand anything they do wrong like you dont matter. Last month they reduced my bill but someone always come back and add it back. I feel Black people are differently being targeted. All this is because I wanted transfer my service to a new resident.Review from Donna G M

Tru Vista **************** is the worst internet and landline service providers I've ever had! Right now I still am supposed to have 10 ******** but on get 3to 4 mgs! The worst company I have ever done business with!!! Even *********** addresses their customer needs but not Tru **********************! They are only concerned with the revenues they make off of their customers!!
