              ***** ********** ***** is the hoa at pat. sq.......it is simply the worst company i have ever dealt with......have no idea how it is accredited.........the community manager, Shannon J****, is the she-devil herself........she is a mean, horrid individual...........she has failed to ;provide me with requested landscaping services for 22 months, due me per my contract........she stalks my lot and takes multiple pxs to try and find violations...........she recruits others to take pxs..........she has been a non-stop harasser to point where i have had to contact police.........pat. sq. has decent homes but be ready to be controlled as a stepford robot.............warning:get as much as possible in writing!!!!!!!!...especially landscaping responsibilities. ...Shannon Jones has already cost me over $15,000, because she refused to do landscaping promised me, and i had to pay out of pocket to get the work done..........bring extra savings if you move hee..............good luck, because you will need it at Pat. Sq.......................k** ******** md facem, facfp.........
