Over the past year, I have been using the Tiger Wash laundromat for my elderly client. I have followed the companies directions fully in regards to refunds due to their machines not working properly. I have left notes under door, I have left messages on their emergency line, I have sent messages to their social media accounts and I have sent emails with no response. Yesterday when I was there, I had yet another issue. For the security of their patrons, they claim to have cameras installed. I’m questioning why no one would be issuing refunds, doing repairs or servicing these machines. At any given time there are white “issue with machine” stuck in NUMEROUS machines. Yesterday one of the machines wouldn’t add water. The lady had to wait for it to finish before she could get her clothes out. She was late for work. I would like my client to reimbursed $7.25 plus interest for the time her money was not refunded. I am grateful to have a place where I feel safe to do her laundry, however this particular store needs upgrades or significant repairs to be able to service our wonderful Pendleton community. I have supplied Tiger Wash with both my phone number and mailing address many times for the refund. This is very unprofessional. If I am not contacted within 48 hours I will be turning this over to law enforcement.Business response

I’ve mailed the refund with $15.00 USD inside (checks will have my personal address). I did video record me sealing the envelope and attached are the post office receipts (which will require a signature from the recipient).Customer response

The consumer stated this issue is resolved she did receive the refund.
