Oil change on 12/30/23. No one claims they can reset my actual dashboard but no discount on price or resolution. Tech ******* seemed unbothered and unapologetic about not being able to complete the service. Manager out until 1/2/24 and apparently no one else knows how to reset vehicles but they charge full price? ******* was rude and abrupt in all his responses, and did not finish the job properly.Business response

We are sending a driver to pick up *****' vehicle this afternoon so that we can have the maintenance light reset. Since this is a European vehicle, our equipment will not interface with their vehicle to reset the maintenance reminder.Customer response
