They had a former employee take a payment of $674 for towing a vehicle and diagnostic, then were supposed to tow it to a dealership to be traded in. Received a call from the dealership saying they had never received the vehicle. When we called this business back, they stated they hadnt received payment so we showed them a screenshot from the mobile app of our bank along with a bank statement. They refused to accept that and now are adding on a $40 storage fee every single day. They are now refusing to release the vehicle and have the nerve to keep on adding fees. They have also never provided any kind of written invoice via letter or email. I have offered on numerous occasions to pay the $674 to them but they are refusing. Instead they have decided to be greedy scumbags and try to steal as much money as possible. They dont deserve to be in business.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
this is complete BS. We both have attorney's, but nothing has been filed yet. They could be reasonable and accept our very generous which is more than we originally tried to pay, but instead they want to be greedy.Business response

My car was towed from a store where there were no signs posted for no parking. The towing company then tried to charge me 350 dollars to go maybe 3 miles with my car . They then tell me I have to sign my car over to them to get my belongings or I can't . I say something about it being illegal the girl changes her story , it's I can pay a gate fee of 85 dollars then . Someone upset with me at the time knows the driver that took my car . I believe they done it illegally out of spite and was paid secretly to get rid of my vehicle . I recently found out they all hang out together . Please helpBusiness response

Vehicle was towed due to owner leaving it parked on top of fuel tanks at convenience store on private property. The store clerk called and asked us to remove vehicle so the store could receive its fuel delivery. We had a driver go out and pick the vehicle up.
