I am currently enrolled in the evening core program for the Cosmetology program. My program began on May 16, 2022.Before we are admitted into the school we have to pay in full for our school kits, during admissions I was informed by financial aid we would we receive our kits the first day of school. We have yet to receive our full kit ( which contains the curriculum books) of this complaint however Paul Mitchell has received full payment for the kit already. My second issue with the school is that I'm not being taught all of the standards and lessons that was stated in admissions would be taught and meets the state board requirements. As of today we no longer have an instructor due to FMLA, and have not yet been assigned an instructor and i am currently not learning anything. The owners of my school continue to give us the run around with no solid answers. I am reaching out for help with getting what was paid for before I enrolled in class.
