      i took my 2013 Hyundai Elantra to AutoNation of to get my pc computer fix an they called me saying all this other stuff was wrong with the car an i give them the ok to just fix everything on my car i picked my car up a weeks later 20 mins down the road the car put me back down an they had to tow it back to their shop an they cut off communication with me for months an now they r being rude to me an dont wanna honor my warranty an im out all this money

      Fraud is my complaint the charged me for a tear down of my engine per request of warranty company and the warranty company has send me documentation the shows the did not request a tear down that they would have paid for it if they had and that all that was done the the dealership was in fact paid for was the borescope pictures which take 1 hour of labor the dealership refuses to work with me or refund me the money that they scammed me out of

      I have photos to prove my statements as well as emails from the warranty company with dates of communication and what was submitted to them as well to back my request for a refund I tried to handle this with the dealership themselves but instead of talking with me and coming up with a solution my service advisor holly the service manager Randall and the general manager Brian were rude and dismissive of my concerns and request and were quite rude to me

      Through the customer's dealer warranty, an adjuster assessed the vehicle and it was determined that the engine replacement would be covered. However, the tear down diagnostic was not approved by the warranty provider which was relayed to the customer. The customer was notified that the tear down fee would be the only cost that they would be responsible for.

      The warranty company confirmed that if they had requested a tear down and it had been submitted to them they would have covered the cost and I wouldn’t have had to pay anything they paid them an hours labor for the bore scope photos by removing the spark plugs and putting the bore scope down the cylinder they did not tear down my engine they did not remove the heads they did not do what they charged me for and I want this fixed

      First week of august I traded my 2023 Volkswagen atlas for an 2024 Volkswagen atlas at a dealership here in Columbia sc, once I received my paid in full letter for the 2023 i submitted it to auto nation Volkswagen in Columbus ga on 6 Sep 2023 to cancel my extended warranty and gap protection. I been having the hardest time getting auto nation to send my refunds on both coverages, I have even reached out to corporate with no help. I have given my updated address on multiple occasions first to the general manager, one to the salesman who sold me the car, and a few times to the finance manager who is suppose to be processing this action, even confirmed in an email is that the address was correct. Since then I have been doing weekly follow ups, so far no feedback, I last emailed this past Monday 4 December 2023, no response yet. I am looking for help to get a solution to fix this problem, I am not sure why it’s taking this many months as well why they don’t have an answer when I ask about my refunds . They haven’t even told me if both my refund is on one or two separate check, also they haven’t told me the amount I am getting back as I did not have the car long. I am just trying to find a solution to the problem and I don’t seem to be getting any help.

      July of 2022 I reached out to Auto-Nation to inform them my 2021 Santa Fe had rust (no one ever answered the phone so I waited till my next oil change). During a scheduled oil change in August they took a look and told me to contact *** at ******* ********* to get photos and submit for warranty coverage it should be covered. I tried for months to reach her with no luck finally I contacted the Service manager for help and he got me in with her in October of 2022. She took photos and said it would be about 30 days before we heard. During my oil change for my 2018 Kona in October I brough up the paint issues with the roof and pin strip on the side. During the oil change they took photos at Auto nation and told me to contact *** at ******* for repair. Since October 2022 I have the following documented proof of calls: 10/13/22 10:47am Left message for *** she was out of office 10/26/22 3:03pm left message for *** she was sick 11/1/22 12:30pm called and phone just rang - Called Autonation left message for service manager 11/9/22 9:00am Left message for *** she was not in office yet 11/17/22 1:06pm Drove to ******* *** was not in office 11/21/22 8:46am Left message for Auto Nation Service Manager 12/9/22 10:04am I was promised by FD of ******* that *** would call after meeting never happend 12/15/22 10am Drove to ******* they were unsure of where she was 12/15/22 1015am Drove to Auto nation Manager was not available 12/21/222 3:03pm left both *** and Service Manager phone calls Contacted Hyundai Customer service with no luck 1/9/22 9am Called ******* *** was assisting another person and would call me back at 3pm never happened 1/18/22 4:37pm Left message with staff to have owner call me 2/3/22 2pm Phone just rang for ******* no answer 2/13/22 Left message with person to have service manager call me I just want my cars fixed I have made enough of an effort and my next step will be legal action if this is not addressed.

      Please understand we are at the mercy of an outside Body shop for any paint work, and it seems the ball was dropped. I called this customer today Wednesday the 15 of February and have schedule a time for me Randall S******* the service Director to inspect and assist this customer.
