I hired Chris from Peace Construction to pour a patio and sidewalk extension in the backyard of my brand new home. I originally hired Chris because of his responsiveness. Boy was I in for a shock. I had no issues with the sidewalk ( and still don't) but the patio was starting to crack in the first twelve hours. There are smears of dried concrete on my brand new patio that look like a 5 year old did it. This is where they tried to trow-over some cracks that were forming while the concrete was drying. All I get from Chris is instructions on how to go after the concrete provider. He refuses to listen to facts or even come back out to my home and even look at the mess they have made. There is dried concrete splatter all over my hardy plank siding, white trim, existing patio and even on some windows of my brand new home. I even asked him if he would accept these conditions on HIS brand new home on which he won't respond. I have had the Salesman from the concrete provider come out and provide a pressure test with his machine. He said the concrete is fine, but the application was sloppy. And if you read some other reviews, I'm not the first one he's done this to. He will use cheap concrete and then try and make you go after the concrete company. I've even offered to meet the concrete salesman and him together at my home and he won't hear of it. Why? Because he got his $4,200 and that's all that matters to him. If customer service is important to you, i implore you not to use this man or his company.
