I purchased a truck, I did not call and get the insurance switched over so grow financial purchased the most expensive policy, this is fine, I showed proof of insurance so the bill was cut in half. The fact that I pay 12% interest on the truck is fine, but they added over $2400 on top of the money owed for the truck. This was the difference in the insurance which I don’t mind paying. The issue is I am paying 12% interest on insurance money is upsetting, it should be a separate bill for the policy they got. The fact that I owed $51,000 on Monday and on Tuesday it went up over $2200 is extortion. I should be paying 12%interest on my truck and my truck alone, the insurance policy should be a separate bill. This is a bad business practice that hurts the customer, and puts individuals further in debt paying interest on money that should not be added on top of a car loan. This is more than upsetting and a very immoral way of conducting business.Initial Complaint

Absolutely worst app to ever download, they take your bank information, you pay for a certain amount to be reported, it NEVER is, then they don't let you pay with a card, pay early, pay on day you want, it has to be when THEY want you to pay it. Then when my bank doesn't communicate back and forth correctly they report it late. This is a scam and should be shut down
