      I paid $253 on December 22, 2023 and $43 on December 29, 2023. None of my clothes were cleaned. I did not check any of my clothes until the morning of December 29 because I was so busy. Once I opened the dry cleaning packages, I noticed that none of them had been cleaned. The owner stated to me that he was very busy. When I arrived on December 22, he took one of my dresses and sprayed it with some thing that bleached a small portion of it. When I pointed this out to him, he explained that the rest of my dress was dirty, but the spot that he cleaned was the actual clean color. Which indicates that he never cleaned my dress to begin with. My long red coat that I dropped off to be cleaned by him was given back to me with dog fur on it and had not been cleaned either. He kept two pair of my pants initially because he had not clean them and so I had to come back on December 29 to pick it up. I don’t mind paying for services, but I do not like being taken advantage of and I don’t like paying for things that were not completed . He accused my son of putting more stains on his suit, although he has been sick and unable to leave home.

      The person in question came to my store with a big bag of clothes around 22-25 pieces of clothes which included overcoat, 2 piece suits, child clothes, dresses jackets, which were full of stains before cleaning. 
      We treat stains when customers bring to our notice  and we provide stickers which can be stuck where the stains are. Almost all clothes had stains on them. 
      I did not accuse the child of putting the stains but children’s clothes are more susceptible for getting stains since they are playful. 
      Our disclaimer says that the customers need to check clothes carefully before leaving the stores, she went  through the cleaned clothes and picked a dress which had stain and it was treated not by bleach but a chemical used for removing Paint- Oil- Grease (POG) and flushed with steam and returned to her. She was ok that the stain had disappeared. The chemical cleaned the spot thoroughly and thus looked brighter than rest of the material. I explained this to her there and then. 
      I am in this business since 2007 and  I haven’t received any complaints of this nature. You can check the reviews online. In fact I am being ridiculously accused of charging her without cleaning the clothes. I have a conscience which would never allow me to do this. 
      We are supposed to clean clothes and not remove stains, though we offer this service complimentary to our customers. We try our best to remove stains, but do not guarantee stain removal. 
      The day she came to pick up her stuff, she dropped her unclean  black overcoat and she wore her clean red overcoat in the store which she should have checked for dog hair before wearing. If there were any dog hair she should have brought it to my notice before leaving the stores. She picked up the black overcoat and I did not charge her for it and for her child’s shirt. 
      When she came the second time to pick her altered pants, she brought 3 dresses, one red jacket, 1 two piece child suit,  for removing stains. I requested her to leave those in the stores so I could work on them, but she refused and did not want to cooperate. 
      I charged her for cleaning and pressing and alteration of clothes not for stain removal. She is welcome to come to here for those clothes anytime. Stain removal is a process which requires treating the stain, dry-cleaning, re treating if the stain is still visible and this  requires time and elaborate process, which she refused. This issue can be resolved if she gives me the opportunity to work on the stained clothes.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I did not come with 25 pieces of clothing. Not only that, I do not trust him to complete the work. I attached a picture of my pants that I was charged for. They were never altered. I did not check my clothes before I left. I was in a rush because I’m a local realtor and Bailbondsman. I have a very busy schedule, and I trust the local community to take care of me as I take
      care of them. My clothes were not cleaned at all. He only cleaned one stain off of my dress, and he actually bleached it. He then went on to explain that it’s because the rest of my dress is dirty. If he cleaned my dress the way he said he did then that wouldn’t be a concern. I have never been ripped off like this in my life. he accuse my son of wearing the clothes and staining them again. However, my son didn’t wear them .  He explained to me that he had a very busy season.  I would like at least a partial refund and honesty, I deserve a full refund
