      We have used the Honey Done Company for over 10 years. They have always been great to work with. They have remodeled and updated our home, done dozens of repairs, and painted the inside and outside of the house. Will, the owner, has answered a hundred phone calls from me over the years and is always nice and comes out and quotes the work personally! Most of the employees of his have been coming here for years - the same crew year after year. I think it says a lot for his company that he has the same employees for years. I have recommended The Honey Done Company to family and friends and they have all loved working with them. Great company, great staff and the price is always more than fair!

      Will Rorie and the honey done company are the least professional and most incompetent group of contractors I've dealt with in my life. It was basically easy job paint trim, the kitchen, and the stairs. I could have done a hundred times better. The worst thing is they used WALL paint on the stairs and were too stupid to understand why you can not do that. Argued numerous times that they do it on all their jobs. No matter that it was immediately coming up. Also in the kitchen they took down shelves and used to much joint compound that they raised the surface of the wall 2 inches, tried to paint it wet and blamed us for not liking how it looked because the guy tried REALLY hard and didn't know any better but he tried. They were to do 2 coats barely got one on and argued over and over. There were two when you could see the original paint showing through. It took at least a month to get them to finish to something passable. Will Rorie owner Manger? Spoke out of both sides of his mouth. Never followed up at the end to see if we were remotely happy. Continued to say we would make it right but refused to do that. Acted like he could fix a Mercedes with bicycle parts. If he just stopped trying to appease his crews and had them do it right, we all would have had a better experience. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

      I am always very interested in customer comments and their experience. Thankfully, we have had great reviews for the 12 plus years AND we always do everything possible to appease a customer. We have completed over 150 paint jobs a year for over a decade with no complaints! Two of the three crew leaders that worked at his house have 20 plus years experience. I will not engage in insults and smears as this customer has done. I will speak simply from the facts. Some of the comments are so silly as to not need a response e.g. we raised the wall 2 inches with mud... Here are the unbiased facts: I personally made 6 trips to his house. So to say I did not follow up is ridiculous. I met with his wife and him. He was verbally abusive to my employees and his wife had to intervene. This crew included our General Manager who has been with me for 11 years and a painter for over 20 years. My entire crew complained about his abuse. He told me they were all idiots and did not have a clue. So, I sent a second crew to do the job. When they were finished I met with him and he did identify several areas that needed more attention - I agreed and sent Calvin and his crew. They are the best of the best and have painted for over 30 years. He told me the same thing about his abusive behavior and I asked him to "please stick it out and get him satisfied - whatever it took." That included sanding the steps down and re-applying two coats of paint, painting some extra doors that were not on the original agreement and to paint the kitchen and bathroom again. He told us it was finally right! Side note - he was satisfied and had paid us in full before I sent Calvin's crew to his house. If I did not follow-up I could have just kept his money and not returned. If the job was so bad why did he pay? We still spent 3 more trips.... I do care and I do follow-up! I got the Regional Rep for ******* involved, the technology people at ******* corporate and even the Regional Representatives supervisor assured him we were using the correct product. He accused them of covering for me. The Regional Manager will provide a statement to his temperament and accusations. Really, ******* and ******* ******** corporate officers were covering for me? In closing, I was involved from the beginning to the end, in spite of very abusive behavior we kept at it, I sent 3 different crews so they would know we care and want them completely satisfied AND he sent a text assuring us it was perfect and he was satisfied. We, and three different crews, did everything to get the job right and it is right and he agreed! When he doubted what we were doing we got ******* Corporate involved to assure him it was right. One of his statements flies in the face of the facts - we do not argue about a job - they did stand up to his abuse. All of my employees are salaried (so they do not need to rush and are paid to stay until it the job is completed correctly) and we live by the adage "we do not care about being right - we want the job right" As with any job it sometimes takes extra trips to get it right but we stuck to it and jumped through very difficult hoops but we stayed until he said it was right!
