PSA is great. Good customer service, I've had to call because my account was blocked and it wouldn't let me make a purchase. It had something to do with the government computer I was using at work. They were quick to reply to the email that I left after hours. They called me instead of sending a reply by email, which helped speed up the process. I like dealing with a person when I have a problem as opposed to corresponding through a long string of emails. I probably make about 90% of my gun purchases through the PSA website. Good products. Quick delivery of products. Great sales. Excellent customer service. Unless things change, I am a lifelong customer, and I will always check their site first for anything I am in the market for.Review from Kirby T

Psa's products are like my sex drive. When they discontinue making meme lowers it doesn't excite me. But when they have lowers on sale for $39.99, I get right back on the horse.Review from Michael P

Looking for a particular ammo pack that combines defensive ammo with ballistically-matched practice ammo, I found it on Palmetto State Armory's website at an incredible price, though few retailers or ranges seem to carry it. After creating an account, I ordered one box and the process was very smooth for an online retailer. The shipment arrived very quickly, and the ammo performed flawlessly. After shooting through the 50 rounds of practice ammo at the range, I went back to PSA and bought two boxes of the practice ammo alone. Again, the shopping and checkout were very smooth. One thing I like in particular is that PSA uses two-factor authentication to secure my account. While some users may consider that a nuisance, I appreciate the added security, especially in these days of increased online hacking and fraud.Review from Johnny C

PSA makes great products and sells them at incredible prices. If you sign up for email alerts you'll get daily deals that are definitely worth paying attention to. Ive never gotten a product that didnt meet or exceed my expectations from them. Highly recommend Palmetto State Armory.Review from Don G

What can you say, They deliver what they say and they back it up. So many of these manufacturers had priced themselves out of my interest range I had just moved on to other things. I've yet to purchase something I was disappointed in after I got it. Budget minded if that's what you need or want. all the way up to nice high end stuff.
