      I have decided to file a an official BBB complaint against SC House calls. Over 15 days ago I called, emailed & requested a prescription to be forwarded to another ********* in Fort Mills, SC. Due to health I'm relocating to Charlotte but I am still in the process of moving. Someone at SC housecalls closed out my account way too early. to live closer to my Fibromuscular Dysplasia doctor but I am still in the process of moving. I still own my home in Surfside Beach & we had several delays but due to testing I am in Charlotte temporarily. I told SC House calls & someone closed out my file before I officially moved to Charlotte. Now I am 2 weeks over due on my prescription & I cannot pick it up due to testing but SC housecalls will not return a call. This is not the 1st issue. Apts scheduled without any notification makes it impossible to make apts. ********* cannot transfer the prescription. A new script must be sent to the ********* closer to me. Today once again I called 4 times was advised I would receive a call back & once again no one called me. My PCP was Lori Wright she left SC housecalls years ago unfortunately my care has been awful since. Someone should have handled this issue weeks ago & still I am sitting here waiting for a return phone call. My file should not have been closed out. Per my insurance SC housecalls is still my insurance. I do not have a PCP in Charlotte because I still own my home in Surfside Beach. SC housecalls should have never closed out my case or profile. SC housecalls should have returned a phone call & resolved this prescription. This is poor service when it comes to someone's health. Very disappointing & why I will be filing several complaints. Easy fix transfer the current prescription sitting at ********* in Surfside Beach to Walgreen in Fort Mills, SC. It should never take this long on a prescription.       Patient was last seen in June 2023 when the RX was filled.  Pt is requesting refill of narcotic that can NOT be transferred to another pharmacy and the original provider is no longer with our practice. We would need to have another appointment with patient before refilling a Narcotic.    Our manager from Grand Strand called pt 2x yesterday and no answer or return calls.  Patient can call and make an appointment in our Rock Hill office 803-740-3630  or call our manager back and schedule a TH appointment with a provider if they are in SC.   We are not licensed in NC.

      We have called this company several times to stop the services that they are not providing for our dad. The name we keep seeing is a Sarah F*****. They are charging high amounts and billing Medicare for the services and all they are doing is reviewing our father's file. She has never set foot in the Assisted Living Facility in Aiken SC. If she was going in or any of the other names on the bills then they would have to sign in, which there is no record of any visits. We spoke with the people at the Assisted Living Facility. We are reporting SC House calls for Fraud to Medicare as well. I have called SC House calls as well as my sister. We paid our over $600.00 to this company and we have another bill that is not going to be paid. They DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. The number called was 800-491-0909. This is the only other way we hope to receive a response to our concern.

      07/22/23 08/15/23 SC House Calls billing me for the above dates and I did not see the providers. Furthermore when SC House calls contacted me to remind me of the appointment I asked the individual to cancel them it is not necessary for someone to visit my home twice per month. I am not sick or confined to bed. The individual told me it doesn't matter this is for preventative care. I didn't see anyone on those days. upon receiving the bills I contacted SC and left a message that I'm disputing those bills because I did not receive any service. Also they need to cancel any further visits to my home because it is not necessary. I waited no one called me back for over a month. I then went on their website and send a message after which no one came back to my home and I didn't not receive any return call until today. The young lady called about the bills I told her I am not paying those two bills as I did not receive any service. She said she spoke with her manager and the case manager and there is nothing they can do I will have to pay the bills.

      We have addressed with patient and reached a conclusion on 10/16/23. Patient’s upcoming appointments were removed and further communication has and will take place between us and the complainant.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is still pending - the business remove any future monthly visits unless the patient call and make appointment.  However, the business is still investigating information entered into their system showing that visits were done when actually patient had not visit with providers.

      ****** *** ******** **** *** ******* ******* ** ** ********  Although I spoke with a representative on 10/16/23 and she told me she would investigate and get back to me I am yet to receive a call back or response and they have not remove the charges from my account.  This is clearly fraud as the rep told me these individuals has inputted dated in their system for my blood pressure, temperature etc. although I did not see these individuals.

      SC House Calls had a contract with *****. They broke the contract but never notified me I would be billed. SC or ***** so now I am being harassed for money I dont feel I owe

      Thank you for contacting SC House Calls.  The Regional Vice President placed a call to the complainant who was not home.  The person answering the phone told the Regional VP the complainant was at work.  Regional VP will make a call this afternoon and/or tomorrow morning to connect with the complainant.
