              This is the worst home health agency around. The office staff do not return calls, or see to it there clients has a aid when they are suppose to have one. The office clocks the aids in and out so you never know when that is done, it could be when they leave to come to you. Also I had a aid to use my food stamps for herself, I had a aid to leave to take care of her business on my time and was going to call the agency to clock her out, but she would get paid for my 5 hours, one aid left one of my dresses in the dryer and it got gone. The aids don't care if they break, loose, or damage stuff, nor do they put stuff back where they get it from. Plus you have to tell them everything to do, you don't tell them to do it, it don't get done even though they now its part of their job. The vice president of the agency Ms Deborah is also the manager and she admits she don't return calls, or do anything else. In fact they Need to be removed from CLTC provider list because of all of these things.
