      Son bought and used his rod one time and it snapped. Was not misused. Sent Berkley an email 7/28/2021. They was very responsive in the beginning, asked for details, pictures, receipts. Was all sent to them by 7/29/2021. Then they ghosted me. Have sent emails on 8/10/2021, 9/1/2021/, and 10/5/2021 asking for a follow up. Nothing from them whatsoever. Would really like to see them replace this rod.

She did forward me her email communications and I will follow up to determine the reason for lack of response. LB 10/21/2021 Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2021/10/21) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) Lisa was wonderful in resolving this almost immediately. I have a tracking number for the replacement rod.

      Date of Transaction; April 20, 2021 Amount: $201.35 Business committed to providing me: Refund Dispute: The business received my returned goods but never refunded my Credit Card. The business provide me with return authorization as well as a *** shipping return label, I sent the item (Fenwick Fly Rod) and tracked its progress. It was delivered to their returns facility on June 4, 2021 at 11:09 am and signed for, however they never credited my card. Many attempts to contact them via email, phone (no longer working) and website portal have been fruitless, they do not respond. Order Number:******** *** Tracking Number: ******************
