Horrible customer service! Purchased a car on line. I was forced to get it detailed and licensed by Classic. They were quick enough to take my money. Too bad they never provided either service. Of course I had to pay for both services again, since they did neither. They've refused to respond to the BBB and Ford.

On behalf of Classic Ford Lincoln of Columbia, I would like to apologize for Mr. H**********'s recent experience while purchasing his Mustang from us. Shortly after Mr. H********** purchased his vehicle from us, we went through a personnel changes in our title department which caused a backlog of title work to be processed. We understand Mr. H**********'s frustration and we are making ever effort to make sure we get better in these areas.Review from Tom G

I had purchased a used vehicle from this dealership the vehicle was driven roughly 2,400 MI and a few months and the engine blew and needs replacing it is been months nobody returns phone calls after leaving multiple messages the customer service is horrible there they do nothing to help their customers but they have no problems taking their money the classic automotive group has multiple dealerships and everybody needs to know the only time this dealer will help you is when they are taking your money I am out over $2,000 and not even the courtesy of a return phone call they State they have Ford certified technicians that certify their cars before they are put on the lot?????? I will also be posting a Google review to let everybody know this is not even a BBB accredited business and with the complaints I've seen it looks like these people don't want to help anybody I will also be starting a complaint with Ford motor Corp consumer affairs and let them know how their brand is being represented
