You're welcome to file a dispute, best of luck with that. I have documentation of all of these emails and your signed terms and conditions from the booking as well as a copy of your ID to prove that it was you that made the purchase.
I'm sorry that you have experienced a loss, but that doesn't have anything to do with this transaction and doesn't give you license to try to bully businesses into giving you money that they do not owe you.
Also be advised that I will be notifying all area piercing studios of your threats and providing them documentation of our communications.
I can also happily provide this information to the BBB should you choose to file the complaint that you mentioned.
You are not entitled to anything from us other than the service you received. We went above and beyond and I'm not going to apologize for that.
What you're doing now is called extortion, and it is illegal. And your emails above provide valid, accepted legal documentation of your intent to extort.
Best wishes, any further communication from us will be coming from our legal representation.
I wish I could share my email to them here is what I can fit:
I actually love the piercing, but as I expressed yesterday evening, the individual whom pierced my ears made me feel extremely rushed and I repeatedly asked them to stop speaking so fast.
During the session, they were quizzing me, rather than just waiting until after the piercing was done to make sure I understood (again in a more polite manner) all they were so quickly attempting to explain for
Immaculate Body Piercing Response

For two days following the client's visit we received a barrage of emails, each saying she was happy with the outcome of the visit, but unhappy that she was "rushed" and that we wouldn't sell her the jewelry she wanted. We tried to resolve the issue amicably, reminding her that we spent twice the booked time assisting her and that the jewelry was still available. We then received an email requesting a full refund of her visit and a warning that if we didn't comply she would file a BBB complaint, make bad reviews, and start a credit card dispute.
My response to her was shared in her review, but in short we explained that she would not be receiving a refund from us for a piercing she was admittedly happy with and for a service that went above and beyond what was booked. And that we would no longer be communicating with her an she was no longer welcome as a client in our studio.
It is not okay to take advantage of small businesses in this way. Shame on the reviewer for this sort of super-entitled behavior.
