Went to the store with a pool builder. A list of items needed for my pool build was given to a man named ******** that works in the Pharr Texas location. In the end after the list was stated he showed me a quote with all the items I was purchasing and charged me over 8000 dollars. He charged my Amex and made me sign an authorization charge. After that he gave me a quote that totaled to 8000 dollars. When I got home and went through the list there was several items missing. I immediately called SCP and they said they couldn't speak to me because I was not a pool builder. However that wasn't an issue when they swiped my card. The next day I called and asked for the missing items and they stated they weren't on my order. I asked for a receipt because i realized all I was give was a quote and not a receipt for the 8000 dollars swiped. It's been over a week and I have called several times for my receipt and have not heard back from them. At this point I feel the sales person robbed me and created a quote to charge me the amount he did but then didn't give me all the items we had ordered. When I asked my PB about the discrepancies he sent me a picture of a different receipt I had no idea that existed. I need them to give me a receipt for what was charged on my card and the items that were not given to me need to be refunded. There is theft or fraud going on at this store. I need to have someone call me to help resolve this situation.
