      On September 12, Clint G******** with Rytech told me he would send someone to do the portion of the work that my insurance approved: demo of the base of one kitchen cabinet, so that the plumber could see under it and make an assessment. I am willing to pay for that work. A handyman would charge $50 to do that. However, on September 15, two guys from Rytech showed up, and then two more, and finally two more so a crew of six took over my house. When I told them I did not want them to do any more work beyond just tearing out the bottom of one cabinet, they told me they were talking to my insurance adjuster, and the claim had been approved. They told me they had to start mitigating right away, and not to worry, because they already had permission from my insurance. I told them it was OK to do what insurance had already approved, but as far as I knew, insurance only approved tearing out the bottom of one cabinet. I told them not to do any more work without giving me an estimate first. They hung out at my house, charging their phones in my outlets, telling me I had a dead and rotten animal in my crawlspace (actually a piece of carpet), talking to their other customers. I found out later that day, that Rytech lied to me about having permission from my insurance to start mitigation. My insurance did not cover mitigation. It only approved tearing out the bottom of one cabinet. The next morning when I realized Rytech had conned me, September 16, I fired Rytech and got them to remove their mitigation equipment from my home. I am not willing to pay for the $1,536.90 of unwanted and overpriced work that they did under false pretenses saying that they knew better than I did what my insurance would pay for. (Padded invoice of $1586.90 attached - $50 I am willing to pay for work covered by insurance that is part of my deductible = $1,536.90 of work I asked 6 strangers in my home not to do but they outnumbered me and frightened me and made me think they knew more than me.)

      If I could give zero stars I would. I tried to do a Google review and somehow my review keeps getting erased. Maybe that's why they only have "good" reviews on there now. This company caused so many problems for my husband and I. They cannot be trusted and you need to make sure they actually finish the job. I had to call them back 2x to finish their work and they STILL didn't do it right. I ended up having to get my contractor to remove everything. They helped themselves to the water that was on top of my fridge and inside (I probably wouldn't have minded if they asked versus just taking). They urinated in my toilet and didn't flush for days (I have picture proof of it). Our water was not able to be turned on due to damage, therefore couldn't flush the toilet. They denied it at first until I sent the picture to them. One day they left our back porch door WIDE OPEN! My husband and I were living in a hotel, so we were lucky my husband went to the house that night. It was left like that for hours. If my husband hadn't gone home, it could have been like that for days! Not even an apology from the company. We could have been robbed of everything we have if we hadn't noticed it! The company also left trash all over my house in the areas they worked in. One day, they said they would be at my house in 10 minutes...they ended up showing up 45 minutes later! (They had to call us to let them in our house because we were in a hotel and refused to leave our key with them-THANK GOD because they can't be trusted to even close up your house!)
