The company is accusing me of not making rental payments, which I have the paperwork to show I did and they are threatening eviction. I have taken the paperwork to them and showed it to them and they still deny it. . Company is accusing me of not making rental payments which I have. they also have an original check which they have never deposited. There is some serious accounting errors going on here..Business response

Tenant is two and a half months behind in rent, has bounced rent payments. We requested from ****** copies of bank statements where checks have cleared her bank, she has not provided documentation. On 5/13/24, offered to drive Ms. ****** to the bank to assist her, ****** refused our assistance. Met with ****** 5/15/24 to work with tenant to pay a portion of the rent monies owed, she has refused to make any attempt in paying her rent. A 30-Day discharge notice has been issued.

I recently moved into Mill Creek Manor, and the advertising I was given said that housekeeping would be provided and two meals a day included in the cost of the rent. Yesterday the administrator informed us there would be no housekeeping, and the meals were limited to one per day. Basically they lied to me when I moved in. They will not reduce the rent even after these cutbacksBusiness response
