      Its a service issue and a billing/collection issues. (1) Dr. G***** with held valuable information about how the procedure would be done during my consultation. He did not disclose that he was going to only take ounces of fat out of my body and do it every six months and continue to charge me additional money each time. He only talked about the areas he was going to take the fat from that would give me my desired goal/look. My contract was for my upper abs, lower abs and flanks the cost was $5500.00 . The amount was paid in full but the service I paid for is not being done. I am not sure what area he got the fat from the first time but when I came back the second time I was charged an extra $1440.00. I had already paid for the flank in the $5500.00, but did not know where my contract was I through I may be looking over small writing and just wanted to get the results so I paid hoping he would complete the job this time, but he didn't and when I call the office on 5/11/23 for another appointment the receptions told me I would need to come in and be remeasure and then an additional charge will be added. During the call I found out that my bank account was debt $360.00 on 05/11/2023 with out my knowledge. I am not happy with the service and unauthorized money being taken out of my account. would like a full refund.

      Please accept my apologies for the delay in response to this issue. I have expressed the reason to Regina. 

      In Response to Ms. ********'s complaint, 

      Client satisfaction is of the upmost importance to Studio G Aesthetics; however, we are a bit confused about Ms. ********'s concerns. 

      1) We don't know what "valuable information" can be or was "withheld". There are extensive consultations prior to this procedure in which the entire proces is explained thoroughly and clients are encouraged to reach out to us with any questions or concerns at any time, which Ms. ******** did by phone, often, and was always responded to in a timely manner.  Also, there are extensive and thorough informed consent forms signed by each client prior to any procedure and Dr. G***** goes through these with each client and the client signs every time with witness. Please see the attached files and consent form signed by Ms. ******** that outlines all expectations and guidelines and important information including that the desired look may take more than one procedure at additional cost. Her initial consultation was 8/28/21. Her Pre-op was 10/30/21. Her 1st procedure was 11/23/21 at an agreed upon price of $5500.00 She came for her 1.5 month post procedure followup appointment, in which we took post pictures and noticed significant difference in her before and afters upper an lower abs and flanks. She did not return for her 3 month followup and we typically recommend at least 6 months to see full results. By June of 2022 she returned unhappy with her results and wanting to satisfy her, we offered a touchup procedure at our cost for only for $1800.00, we don't know where the $1440 number is coming from. This procedure takes our entire staff and doctor the entire day to perform and requires detailed setup and procedure and high consumable cost for the business, and we did the second procedure on July 5th. She cancelled 2 followup appointments and often asks for telemedicine touchup appointments as she lives in Orangeburg and doesn't want to drive in to Irmo for her appointments. It is very difficult if not impossible for us to monitor her results this way. When she spoke to my receptionist she seemed very unsure of what procedure she had received and where she had it and how much she paid for it. Upon being provided the information she was requesting she was argumentative with the receptionist about the information that was being read from her records to her. And upon listening to the call that is referenced, there is no mention whatsoever about an unauthorized charge for $360 or any record of said charge in our records, so we do not understand what Ms. ******** is referring to there and have not seen any documentation supporting this. Refunds are against our policy and that is signed in the consent. We took the maximum amount of fat that we could retreive safely from Ms. ******** and have held up more than our end of any agreements. We feel we have gone above and beyond to try to satisfy Ms. ********, but have found it impossible to do so. Please see attachments for record. Please let us know how we may contribute further or if you have any other questions or concerns regarding the matter. Thank you for your time.

      I spend $2700 on Ultherapy, waited my 6 month for my next appointment. No change whatsoever. I discussed this with the girl, and all I got was another appointment. sudle results, she said, I understand that, but there wasn’t anything sudle. If I go to bed at 8pm the night before, I look great too. Very disappointed in the customer service. This should’ve been resolved. Would not recommend. I wasted $2700 dollars. Update: empty promises, that’s all I’ve received so far. I was contacted and an appointment was scheduled. The doctor himself looked at the results, and admitted he expected better results and wanted a happy customer. He also promised to call me again, but he never did!!!! I called the office multiple times and was told someone would call me back, no one ever did. I’m very disappointed in their customer service. I feel cheated and definitely lied to. The office did take multiple before and after pictures. Proof that there was no improvement.

      It is our understanding that Ms. ******* is dissatisfied with the results of the service that was provided to her. However, this treatment was provided in March of 2018, over 5 years ago. All desired results are not guaranteed for any of all our services, as some expectations are not realistic. We strive to make our clients happy and provide the most effective treatments available, but results can vary greatly with each individual. Also, a person's many individual factors can determine the outcome of our procedures. This is all acknoweledged in consent form prior to treating any client and signed by all clients. All that being said, In looking at my treatment notes for Ms. ******* I did note significant progress in the eye area, not our greatest results in the lower face but still saw some improvement, and that she was interested in trying some other services for further improvement. After a followup consultation, I asked her to give it a little more time and come back in a couple of months to see if we had any more improvement, as this treatment continues working for a year or more. She agreed. Ms. ******* then had a consultation with my medical director, Dr. Griggs. I was, unfortunately, not able to be present for that consultation, so I do not know what was said or not said at that time. I have responded to Ms. *******'s reviews and asked that she contact us to try to come in and come to an agreement that will satisfy her, and I have not heard anything back until now, again, five years later, through this complaint. Please let me know what if any further information is required on behalf of Studio G Aesthetics. Our general policy is no refunds, but we would be happy to see if there is something we can offer Ms. ******* to address her concerns and try to assist her in acheiving her desired results.
