Absolutely the worst experience at Darts. Ruined my f350 diesel for an easy job of changing the oil pan. Asked them if they ever changed oil pans in a 7.3? "Oh yah do it all the time! We have done hundreds". They first pulled my engine out from the front. Wrecked my hood, so they had to get it fixed and repainted. Fixed it! Brought it home. Next day oil all over the ground of my garage. They came and towed it back to shop! Pulled the engine again! Fixed oil pan they said!. Brought it home, still leaking! Towed it back to shop. Pulled the engine this time by taking off the cab! Had to put a gasket on oil pan which it does not require one. I went to check on it, and they said that my engine wiring harness caught on fire on the engine. Would replace it with a brand new harness. Brought it home and had nothing but troubles starting the truck. Brought it back to them. Now this is over a 3 month period with the truck being home twice for two days in over 3 months. Once back in the shop, said its running great and no issues. When I complained that it was hard to start. They stated that my two batteries (which were 6 months old 750 CCA and the truck only requires 650 CCA) So I bought two new 850 CCA and it solved nothing. I moved to Georgia a couple months later and my truck has never started right. Last year i bought a small 5th wheel and found out my truck has NO power. Brought it to a local shop and they asked if I every had a fire on top of the engine. I explained to them and we found out that they never put a new wiring harness, they pieced and spliced it all together with connectors. Two wires not even connected! My ground cables were all ripped from the motor. So, when they pulled the motor, they yanked the ground cables, broke them and never replaced them. My truck was a virgin truck, never has been worked on before DARTS! I would never in a million years advise my enemy to go to that so called mechanic shop!
