    ******************* has been using an oxygen concentrator from this company since the first week of November 2023. However, the service has been abysmal. Just about as bad a service as we've ever gotten from any company, medical or otherwise, in our entire lives. We finally complained to a patient advocacy group called WeCare, and immediately following received a phone call from American Home Patient/Lincare that they were coming to take back his oxygen concentrator that he needs due to a critical health problem. Last fall, *** had the sleep study, it proved the medical diagnosis beyond any shadow of doubt, the doctor sent the order for the oxygen to American Home Patient, it was approved through ********* the equipment was delivered, and our account has been in good standing until now (May 15). There is absolutely no reason for them to suddenly try to make a bogus claim that he "doesn't qualify" when everything was approved six months ago, signed sealed and delivered. The oxygen never would have been delivered if he didn't qualify or if ******** was not paying for it. We pay our co-pay every month and ******** pays their copay. The account is in good standing, and there is simply no reason for them to be trying to take this equipment away from my husband who desperately needs it except due to spite because we complained about bad service. They need to leave us alone and stop trying to take his equipment away. There's no basis for them doing so.

    Absolutely horrible customer service. When my husband needed an oxygen machine for sleep apnea it was a complete confused mess until it was finally delivered. The only employee there who is organized and efficient is *****. The ladies who work in the office are just dazed and confused. There's no other way to explain it. You don't forget important things like the date your husband got pulmonary edema! And that was what **** was trying to convince me I did when she called to gaslight me after we finally went over the heads of the office ladies to get some action. My husband got pulmonary edema as a complication of sleep apnea and we decided to take him to ********** to have a throat procedure to help with the sleep apnea. For this we needed portable oxygen. This did not happen until FEBRUARY 2024. That will be very important in a second. So the doctor approved him for portable oxygen and sent the order to American Home Patient. I called five weeks in a row to find out when we could expect to get the portable oxygen and no one ever returned my call. We finally circumvented the ladies at the desk and talk to *****. Once he got involved we had the portable oxygen in a day! Then **** called to gaslight me and tell me that it "wasn't true" that they never got back to me. She said, quote: "I had a conversation with your husband about this in December 2023 and told him everything you needed to know." HUH??????? Uh...no she didn't. The situation didn't OCCUR until February 2024. Had no clue what she was talking about concerning December! I must've talked to her in excess of 5 times throughout March and April and she never brought up any psychobabble about December or anything else. She just kept saying she'd get back to me never did. She absolutely did not speak to my husband in Dec. about something that didn't happen until Feb. He called about a BILLING issue in December. Anyone who is that confused keeping phone calls straight shouldn't be working in that position.
