I first contacted *********************** of Aqua Pro Irrigation, inc. by telephone on June 12, 2023, on the advice of friends who had the company make repairs on their irrigation system.After several texts, four workers came to our home, but were unable to fix the problem because they did not have the appropriate equipment to do the job on their truck.On June 27, 2023, **** and his workers came to our home. He suggested that the best way to fix the problem was to cap off the line that was leaking and to install a new line. That was done and the system did not leak.I paid **** $1,200 for the work.Early the next morning my wife noticed that the sprinkler system was operating although it was not the day and time, we had desired. In addition, the system was spraying water on the home south of ours.On July 1, 2023, I called and texted **** about the matter, but he did not return my call or reply to my text. Since the system was using a significant amount of water, I contracted with Conserva Irrigation to work on the problem on July 10, ****. The issue was that the controller was not properly set. I paid Conserva Irrigation $159.I then contacted **** by text, phone, and a form on his website that I had the problem fixed by another company and paid then $159 and asked him to reimburse me for that amount.Since I have not heard from ****, I decided to report this matter to the Better Business Bureau. I believe I should be reinbursed for $159.
