Steve has a very professional outlook whenever he undertakes to perform any services. He is super diligent and very considerate of the customers requirements. When it comes to pricing , he makes sure that everything is considered, and the customer is aware of the possibility of any unforeseen issues. An extremely competent and professional contractor. Since using his services, he is always my first consideration whenever I have work to be done.

Steve has done many projects for us over the course of years. After finding him to redo the siding on our house in 2017, we continued to use him for multiple jobs. He was our first call for any job my husband and I couldn't handle or didn't have the time to handle. His prices are fair, he's there when he says he's going to be, and gets the job done well. If we hadn't moved away he would have continued to be our first choice for construction needs!

Steve turned a screened porch into a beautiful Carolina room. It more than exceeded our expectations. We relocated the entrances from the interior to the room and the exit to the outside. We incorporated half-moon glass windows near the ceiling to the entrance and to the outside wall and also casement windows. Steve also installed a curved deck and railing outside the house. Steve's estimate was great to know the total cost. Steve worked daily on the project until completion, was prompt, courteous and considered our needs and wishes. We continued to have Steve for repair work. We later installed a large floor-to-ceiling cabinet with custom interior design. Steve is honest and reliable. We highly recommend his work. Helen H.

Highly Recommend: Steven Hanaedle- (electrician, plumber, contractor) I hired Steve after someone else posted a recommendation on here. My experience was so beyond amazing. Things to note about him: He always shows up. FAIR pricing. In fact, his pricing is so fair that when some of the material was on sale- he would give me a credit from the original price he quoted me. His estimate includes absolutely everything from materials to labor to gas. It is so meticulously drawn out that you know exactly where your money is going. He was very professional and kind. Not once did I feel taken advantage of. His communication was impeccable. He completed all work in a very timely fashion and on track with his draw schedule. He was so good that I added about three more projects on top of the bathroom addition to my garage.... I will forever use Steve when I can because it is so challenging to find a capable, honest, and reliable handyman. To single women/moms in particular taking care of all this stuff yourself- he's a good person to take that stress off of your shoulders.

All the projects in the house have always turned out to our expectations! Steve will always make sure his customer is happy and satisfied. Description of work: His work is outstanding and great detail to finished products, dependable, reliable and trustworthy. My husband and I consider Steve a great person and friend. He has removed and installed a new wooden deck on the back of the house with a tin roof that we absolutely enjoy. This included wrap around railing, landing, flagstone stoop, ceiling fan, and outlets. Another project was renovating all 3 bathrooms in the house. Steve made, stained, installed, new cabinets, framed mirror, tile floor, crown molding, smooth ceilings, removing old popcorn, installed pull out shelves, and painting. Another project was our front stoop. Steve added more of an overhang, providing a bigger roof area for the front door. Installed lighting in the new area, new railing, and staining of wood and concrete steps. Steve also installed a fence along the back of the property. The last MAJOR project was the kitchen. We had plans drawn up and Steve performed the contractor work. This renovation added a 12' area to the existing kitchen. All new cabinets, lighting, roofing, plumbing, counters, ceiling, adding of wood floor to match existing wood floors in the house, ... A very involved project that turned out beautiful! We knew there would be unexpected events when tackling such a big project, and Steve kept up with it all to the end.
