I let these people move my console up ...they told me that it would be a professional job..later I found out they cut all kind of wires under my console..I don't have lights ..my fish finder line was messed up..then when I go back to them with all the issues they have a bad attitude... I just wanted to let people to beware. They are not professional business people. They try too hide when you go back to the business to see them with all of the issue that they give you...

We are sorry Mr *** is not satisfied. Lake Time did have to move his pontoon console forward approximately 3 inches in order to mount a captain’s seat behind it. We believe the nicely carpeted board we placed at the console bottom to cover the holes left by moving the console is nicely done with carpeted marine plywood and decorative screws/washers. Regarding the console, lights, and fish finder wires, Lake Time did no work to the console that would have effected these items; we cut no wires at all to move the console, nor did we even find fish finder wires on the console. Lake Time merely unscrews the console from the floor and slid it forward and reattached it. Mr *** had his boat reupholstered by *** ****** **********. *** removed the console from the boat to do the upholstery work so would have been the individual who disconnected all wiring. If lights and other electrical components are not working properly at this time, Mr *** will need to take the issue up with the owner of *** ****** **********! If he chooses not to do that, that’s on him, not Lake Time! I am aware that he accused *** ****** ********** of cheating him by “replacing” his seats with new rather than reupholstering them, so he has already insulted and upset ***! As for Lake Time, we will conduct no further business with the ***s for any reason. We strive to provide quality work and good service, however Mr *** is the most unpleasant person with whom we have dealt with in 9 years of operations!
