Bought new car they didn't send all the tax money to the state that they collected in the loan they also didn't pay my tags or give me a copy of the buyer's order . Left me holding the bag to pay the rest of tax and tags and running around to get stuff notarized to be able to obtain a license plate to make the car legal . They only gave me a 30 day temp plate .

Ms. ******** is a resident of PA and requested at the time of purchase her vehicle be registered and tagged in PA. PA performs this action through third party brokers in their state and Ms. ******** is required to be a part of this action as the owner. In compliance to their law, we sent to the broker closest to her residence all of her purchase information and the MSO (title). In PA, taxes are to be paid for by the consumer at the time of registration therefore she requested a 6% sales tax be included in her deal, which it was, and that specific amount was given back to her via a check. Agreeably it is challenging for her to do all of this while in SC, however we have no control on how the PA DMV operates nor the fees in addition that they may charge. As it relates to a temporary tag, it is required that she drive with some type of tag on the vehicle until a proper tag in the state of her choice is acquired. SC will only allow this tag to be valid for 30 days.

Had a problem with my F150 Ford. Took to Raceway Ford for a diagnostic check. They told me I need a 500.00 fuel pump. I asked if fuel pump would fix my problem. Service manager assured me it would. I had to pay them 129.00 for diagnosis. I purchased fuel pump from them, they installed pump. I couldn't tell ANY difference after pump was installed. For installation of fuel pump, and the cost of pump costed me over 800.00 plus 129.00 of the diagnostic check. After all of this, my truck problems was still there. I was told that if I got a diagnostic check, and I would let them fix the problem, the 129.00 diagnostic charge would be exempted. That didn't happen. Why is happening??

Customer presented to dealership with his 2003 F150 that would not start as he had recently had the engine replaced elsewhere. Upon diagnosis, customer was advised the truck had multiple issues and suggested that he return to whomever installed engine for detailed repairs, as we would not do them. Customers focus was to just get it started/cranked/running. A fuel pump was noted as the primary failure. Customer approved a fuel pump replacement, which was completed. Vehicle did start and was driven away from dealership by customer. Customer was given the list of failure codes (many codes, numerous misfires, etc.) with all concerns noted, as part of his original diagnostic, to have previous repair facility, who just replaced his engine, to review and repair. Extensive diagnostic, as requested, along with fuel pump repair was quoted and approved by customer prior to repair. Customer was given all information prior to departure, where he successfully drove the truck from the dealership, as requested.

Comments from Raceway Ford are inaccurate and not true. First of all, I NEVER had an issue with my truck not cranking. Heck, I drove the truck to Raceway Ford's service department. I ONLY had issues with misfiring, running rough at times. Lee, the service manager told me directly after I had a diagnostic check that the reason for misfire was my fuel pump was bad, and if I replaced fuel pump, that would eliminate my problem. I agreed to let them replace fuel pump. Replacing fuel pump did not fix the problem. In order to hide their misdiagnosis the service manager started coming up with excuses like vacuum lines were pieced together, and truck needed plugs, and coil pad holders were crossed threaded. Yet, Mr Lee told me after their $120.00 diagnosis that they were positive it was my fuel pump so I authorized that work. Then, after about $1000.00 later, Raceway came up with a CROCK, and BULL story about possible causes and gave me codes to take elsewhere. Why could they tell me that initially instead of doing useless work on my fuel pump?
