If I could leave 0 stars I would. Multiple times have they missed our pick up day, but would come the next day or later in the week. This past time, the last time they picked up my trash was June 4th. It is June ********************************************************************************************************* her saying it would be picked up that day. Apparently they have no systems in place and have no idea how to run a business. Stay far away and pay a little more for TWS or Waste Management. I now understand why they are so cheap!

They never come when they are scheduled. They are rude and disrespectful.

I've been a customer for over 8 years and up until recently I didn't have any major complaints, however in the last few months this company has gone down hill. First of all, my scheduled day of pick up is on Mondays. It has been since I started using their services. ** the last 2 months I put my trash out on Sunday night and they come anywhere from Monday thru Friday to pick it up. It wouldn't be that big of a deal, but my driveway is the length of half of a football field so if I leave the can up at the road I have to haul my trash up there every day until it's picked up and I have severe arthritis so it can be a challenge. Also, I live on the property with other people and the can sitting at the end of the driveway isn't ideal for them either because that means they have to maneuver around it all week instead of just one day of the week. When I have called to ask about the pick up I end up getting no answer for dispatch or a recorded message saying that if my trash pick up is missed they will issue a credit. I finally called to ask what the problem was and the person that answered was so rude. She told me there isn't any problem and just because my pick up day is scheduled for Monday they can come any other day of the week if they want. When I mentioned the message that I heard regarding the credit she scolded me and told me that I "needed to listen better" because that message was for a "missed" pick up and not a "late" pick up. What is the difference? One week when I put the can out at 9 am on Monday they never came to pick it up. Apparently the driver decided to come early and when I called to check on the pick up for the week the women told me that the driver had an appointment and changed the time. I didn't get a call or a text telling me that anything changed. This employees in this company are so rude and nasty. If I could get another service at my address I would stop using them. I can see missing a day every once in a while but every week!
