On 12/21/23 I ordered ****** for my home, I used gas as an alternative heating source, on 12/2323 they put 40.5 gallons of gas in their tank at my residence. My tank is on the South side of my house.i hardly ever use my back door, about 45 days later i was raking leaves on the side of my house I smelled gas, I went to the tank and heard gas coming from what I would call the release valve, I went inside and call the office number, I left an emergency message, which was a weekend, no one called back, I called on the following Monday morning, I talked to the receptionist she advise me that the guy wasnt in that day, she told me to turn the gas off, I did as she advised, I could still hear gas coming outta the valve, she told me that to guy would be in the next day which was on a Tuesday, I called back on the next day which was a Tuesday the guy wasnt in on Tuesday, he went by my house on Wednesday, he came by my place of employment and told me about the valve wasnt completely closed, I call East coast energy and asked them about that gas that I lost and at that time it was at 50% full, I have a 120lb tank, they only wanted to give me credit for only 12 gallons of gas. The lady that works there is so rude she hangs up the phone on me when I try to reach out, I asked to speak to the owner she stated that her farther own the company. The last time I called she stated that theyre picking up their tank. I asked her about the gas that I lost the receptionist replied that I didnt lose any gas,
