            On May 7 a reservation was made for a room at *** ******* ***** Upon arrival and check in a dirty filthy room was offered which had two dirty hand towels dirty sheets , dirty mirror and trash on the floor. Rejected it immediately and the check in desk said they had no other rooms. . A$10 fee was charged and we were told a refund would be submited for credit card ending in****. One week later on returning through Dillon we inquired about the refund and desk personnel had no authority to do so. She did give a name of Chan Chan P**** as the manager and said he would follow up on the $100 charge for a non usable room. Business phone number is XXX XXX XXXX.             This business is not worth a star. It is so dirty that it should be shut down. Rooms had mold on shower curtains, beds had cigarettes burns on them, water on floor and we had to use towels (that I had to ask for as none were in the room) to place on floor to walk on, woodwork was away from the walls, one room door would not stay shut. Pool green and I could go on and on.

            we would have refunded the full payment if she let us known after 15 minutes she checked in. Guest should not stay if the room is not to their expectation. They stay and then they are looking for free nights. We do everything we can do, if guest let us know about the issues.

            I did report the issues to the front desk as soon as we found the water in the floor and no towels to put down. Man states he would talk to night clerk as well as the owner. The next morning I inquired if anything was going to be done since neither of the rooms was worth over $100 per night. I was told by the clerk (a lady) to do whatever I needed to do in order to be refunded for the rooms. I told her I was contacted Wyndham as well as Dillon health dept and she said she did not blame me. She also said she has spoken to the owner Ms. ****** (not sure of spelling) who lives in Myrtle Beach about the problems and the only one she addressed was the pool which she said it has rain the night before we arrived. This would not have caused the pool to be as green as it was. They did move my son from room *** to *** as soon as it was reported of the cigarettes burns. I would like to know who I can contact to have the place inspected. I was told by the health dept to call Consumer Affairs(which I have) the Local Magistrate(which I did) and code of inspection. What else can I do. Given me a free night in another one of their places is not acceptable to me.
