Ordered and paid $5949.20 for a shed on 9/24/22. Was told 2-3 wks for delivery. After 4 wks they called to deliver it but realized right before they came that it was built wrong. Said it would be a week to week and a half to get correct one to us. Am now on the 7th week since purchase. Called Friday 11/4 and was told owners were out on medical leave that they would be back 11/7. Called on 11/8 and was then told owners were out of the country and would not be back until 11/14 and there was no one there that could process a refund. Have also spoken to the rep we purchased from and he gets a different story from them each time he tries to contact them. I just want my money back. Don't care if I get shed at this point.Business response

6-18-2022 Paid to have a new deck built. Builder got here and called boss saying there was no access. After we already gave him access. Then he said he did not want to carry the wood back and forth. We offered to help. He called boss and got the job canceled. Now I have no way to get out of the back of my house, because they had me move the old deck and stair last night. And said it had to be done before the guy got here. This could cause a major problem if there was an emergency. I want them to come build atleast emergency exit stairs.Business response

I purchased a storage building on 9/16/2019. I call the next month to let them know the building was sitting on the ground. I told the guy who brought the building out , He stated "it alright that's how they look when we sit them up" we don't used any blocks. I also told him I have blocks to sit it on. I am still in the process of paying for the building. The total amount I have to pay is 6,804.00. I have been calling them and they even had me to send a picture of the building showing it was on the ground. I called again last week the lady stated the owner was out of town and would call be back on Monday, 3/7/2022, no one called. I called back on Tuesday and the lady stated if they come out to move the building off the ground it will cost me $475.00 paid before they come out. I stated the building is going to rot if it stays on the ground. The lady stated "I sorry I am just telling you what they told me to tell you." All I want is for them to get the building off the ground before it is rotten. I also told the lady I have been calling off and on and has been getting ignored all these years.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/21) */ We offer 1 free set-up and delivery. She has signed off on this the day of delivery. Also, her land is very unlevel. See attachments. We delivered and she signed that she knew about 1 free set-up and delivery included. There were no notes at the bottom of this page also. I have offered her a settlement of half at $237.50 for her to pay to put this on her provided concrete blocks. Our buildings are designed to sit on the runners itself with our added pressure treated wood. Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2022/03/23) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The business wants to pay for them getting the building out of the ground. They should have put blocks downs and I would not have this problem. I am still paying for the building and he wants me to pay an additional $237,50, which I cannot affort on a set income. Every building I see has block under it except mind.
